Over 30 years of working in both the public and private sectors in an HR capacity in varied industries has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I created Franklin Solutions to utilize that experience to do what I love best - work collaboratively with an organization to become best situated - strategically and operationally - to successfully meet financial goals and customer needs without losing sight of the importance of the organization's "human capital" - their employees - and the role they play in that success.
